I've been on doxycycline before, I'm on ampicillin now (both work great, latter has less painful side affects). Every time I'm on an oral antibiotic though, I have nonstop yeast infections. OTC creams burn so bad they make me cry so they are not an option, and my OBGYN has been giving me diflucan for them. However, even she is worried about how often I need the diflucan. I have the same issue - there is long term treatment you can get for thrush (pessaries for 6 months) - I recommend speaking to your doctor about it.
Other recommendations:

-try and avoid sugar and alcohol as much as possible (I know not easy but it loves sugar)
- continue probiotics
- you may also want to try the candida diet (look up on google) though I personally haven’t tried as it is very exclusive

The key thing is to speak to a doctor about this.
