There is no cure for it you have to change your diet. Lose weight if you have weight on you. I have it right now on both my inner thighs my butt and private area. I had it under my right arm but i had surgery there have not been a problem since. I just had surgery on my left arm and the skin graft. So im still healing from that. All i can say is pray and try to change your diet.

For Stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), both laser therapy and surgery are viable treatment options, depending on the severity and specific characteristics of the condition:

1. **Laser Therapy:**
- **Nd:YAG Laser:** This type of laser treatment can significantly improve symptoms by targeting inflammatory lesions and hair follicles. It is usually administered monthly over several months.
- **Intense Pulsed Light (IPL):** This treatment uses high-energy light to reduce inflammation, kill bacteria, and destroy hair follicles. It has shown significant improvement in HS symptoms.

2. **Surgical Options:**
- **Wide Excision:** This involves removing large areas of affected skin, which may require skin grafts or other advanced wound management techniques. It can lead to significant scarring.
- **Laser Surgery:** Some advancements allow the use of carbon dioxide lasers to perform excisions, which can be less invasive and may have anti-inflammatory effects.

Each treatment has its own set of potential benefits and risks, and the choice often depends on individual factors such as the extent of the disease, previous treatment responses, and personal health considerations. It's important to discuss these options with a dermatologist who specializes in HS to determine the most appropriate approach for your specific condition.
