Yes Accutane dried all of mine up 40mg twice a day for six months did the trick.

RichardSHenrie. I was prescribed roaccutane at double the recommended dose for double the recommended length of time. Worked is a relative term. Yes it suppressed my HS while I was on it but the side effects on my liver were terrible. Eventually I had to stop the "treatment ".

Same here I am draining everywhere.

I was prescribed roaccutane 25 years ago and it worked for a while but the side effects far outweighed the benefits for me.
