Aloe plant also will help some, maybe change your deodorant. My daughter was digging at hers and we tried everything under the sun. So I said nothing has helped so far it's not gonna hurt, and I changed it and she didn't like it at first but still itches but not as bad. GOOD LUCK

Aloe vera and/or Witch Hazel really helps. You can also put a little hydrocortisone cream around the area if it is open.
