Any one experience this? It’s just filled with blood and will come out if I squeeze it.

It's embarrassing, but see a dermatologist. It's definitely HS and it will not get better.

All excellent answers but the blood is always there before or after you get flares. Your best ideal that I done was if they flared on me and I had no plans to go anywhere, (Gonna tell on myself, but it really helped and eased up pain, throbbing, and so on), I would wear no bra, no underwear, and since I only live with my husband, I'd wear a big size shirt or something and not have it being touched by anything. I also would alternate heat and ice with the cream and powder my Dr wrote me out for it. So, just a few things that I done and I can actually say I very seldom get one flared up but my Dr did tell me that I was supposed to pull them out and see what I get, not to squeeze them because some may think you conquered it but sometimes it bust under the skin and your gonna have it longer if it bust under skin. So a little bit of info pull apart and not smash or squeeze. GOOD LUCK AND I WILL HAVE ALL IN MY PRAYERS 💕🙏😀

Yeah, the majority of my flares fill with blood rather than pus.

Sounds like it could.be. You might wanna ask you primary care to send you to a dermatologist to confirm
