Yes I'm currently on antidepressants and bipolar meds. I am ashamed when I go in public bc of my awful ugly scars.

I've been on anti depressants most of my life, since a teen and now I'm in mid 50's. HS has been very hard on my mental health.

Can those that have achieved pain free times please share how you accomplished that, please?

Yes I have been on antidepressants for twenty years even before my HS was diagnosed. I just started bipolar medication because my antidepressant is at its highest dosage. My Phsy prescribed it for a boost to my existing antidepressant.
