Yes. I am in stage 3. I am using a red light pad on my multiple sites of flares. These wounds have been open for four years. Some have closed. Most have gotten smaller or are healing. The most remarkable thing is my scars from previous flares. They have reduced in size and are not as hard. I have been using red light daily for under a month. I cannot say what the long term prognosis is. But I am healing.
