I use witch Hazel as a wipe for my face and groin area. I pour it into the wipes container and cotton ball it on mu face. I helps keep some of the inflammation down. I use a 100 percent all natural soap with barely any ingredients. You can find at most natural stores.

I use handmade tumeric, ginger soaps & Hibiclens soap. My favorite soap brands are from "Auromere: ( tumeric neem) any of those work for me & they smell good. " "HerbnEden" soaps as well. I'm a smell good type of girl so I use anything w/ lavender bodywash as well Dr.Teals lavender w/ Epsom salt is my favorite. All these ingredients are safe for H.S well it works for me. Blessings & healing to you 💜
