How do you find a dermatologist for this? Trial and error? recommendations on here in my area are not up to date.

I live in a rural area in northern Utah, and while there are multiple options, there are not dozens. I’m hoping I can find one that is compassionate and knowledgeable with HS but I’ve found a couple of strike outs so far. I wish you all the best in your quest for the right dr. for you.

Sorry to hear that. After being a part of this thread for about a year I now realize how blessed I am. First I have excellent insurance and I live in a major city. I couldn't imagine not having those.
