No I haven't and I can relate to the scars affecting mental health and confidence. I have serious issues with my underarms. I've just opted for using tumeric soap daily in the attempt to lessen the scar tissue instead. I might see difference with long term use. If the tattoo will completely hide the scar, and that specific area won't flare up again- I say go for it 👍🏽
