You can't get rid of them. What I've found is if you Express too many of the black heads. That leaves it open more for your immune system to send in the white blood cells. And you're more likely to get larger lesions. So taking care of the larger black heads or the ones that have tunneled is a good idea. But you kind of have to just keep washing and leave the other ones alone. I have hundreds under my armpits and inner thighs. And unfortunately they will always scar or leave bruising or discolored skin
