I am having the most painful flair I've ever had. I've been in tears in pain. No matter what I can't get comfortable or get relief.

Pain causes nausea, might be worth seeing your doctor and asking for stronger pain relief rather than over the counter medications. They may also be able to give you an anti-sickness tablet that will help with the sicky feeling that comes with pain

Yea if you can you need a pain reliever. I would pop 3 Tylenol extra strength. But I have recently been enduring the pain.

I usually take Aleve it helps me with the pain.
