That terrible man i hope you find a better dermatologist man i also was dealing with HS in my groin area i was put on Accutane, Doxycycline and the dermatologist gave me some ointment Mupirocin it works really good. I don’t know how bad you situation is do you have tunnels If it’s that bad then you might need the surgery clean your groin area with hibiclens soap it will help dry up and heal any where you’re having problems @A myHSteam Member

I would get a second opinion. Those creams really didn't work for me, but of course everyone is different. Antibiotics may help ...stay encouraged...it's definitely a press 🤗

Topical cream didn't work for me. It is for life but you will have better days than others. Get second opinion, maybe they will prescribe you with something else?

I have had drainage for a while
The doctor told me I have to live with it.
When I get flare up I have hard time walking and it’s starting to play with my mind.
I’m a 48 year old male
