My routine is pain meds (smoke) and once pain subsides I can sleep. I put padding on my sheets because of discharge. It’s ridiculous the way this has taken over my life practically

Mainly flare-ups mine's gotten pretty bad on my butt cheeks and my inner thighs I need to get it under control with humira and have a little surgery done because it'll go away for a little bit but then come back hard on me
