The bread in milk did work for me. But I second the Epsom salt bath that’s been a game changer for me

That's awesome it works. I gave up on meds, they don't work and have tried to do mostly natural things. I have found runny honey is one of the best for helping get rid of my HS....after I try everything else. I think I have told you I am in remission because of diet.....I feel so lucky!

LOL....never heard of food lion or piggy wiggly either....lol....I wonder if you soaked gauze, or cotton cloth in a thick mix of salt water, then dried the cloth, would it work the same. Like if I understand, the fat back is dried in salt, but it's the salt helping, not the fat?????

Laugh all you want Richard......I think fatback is an American thing. I just looked it up, so I know what it is now, but we don't use it for anything. I looked up to see where you would find it in Canada.....they said, it's not sold in stores, but you can probably find it at a butcher. I can't imagine what else you would use it for, and when I look back, I find it quite odd you would tape meat to your body???
