Hey. Licensed Herbalist here …I haven’t had any luck with sudocrem. I have a herbal tonic that works wonder. A few of the ingredients are coconut oil, tumeric and chamomile. Also Vaginal steaming helps with the irritation

I have used Sudocrem for flare ups, I don’t find it works particularly, it’s more of a barrier cream. I feel germolene helps better as it can reduce some swelling/prevents infection. If you’re given a certain cream to try, put sudocrem on top of it which will help to create a barrier!
