Maybe try doing Almond Milk Or Soy Milk! Hope this helps!

barista oat milk for coffee, coconut milk for hot chocolate, used to have rice milk and I think I remember a friend told me to stop drinking the milk because she was scared it would flare me up so she stopped me. something about rice. I was also brought up on soy milk for 4 years age 9+. drank regular milk in my teens and switched to sweet cereal too when I was in my teens and then............... got my first flare up.
I use oat milk. I think it tastes the most like skim milk which is what I drank before.
I use almond milk!
