I just recently got diagnosed with it and my flares are usually around a month, a couple weeks in pain then a couple months with nothing

Some flares have lasted 4-6 months and don't heal well due to their terrible locations! I just keep them covered with some extra padding to avoid painful ruptures...Epsom salt baths help!

My flare-ups usually last 3-4 months. Then I a very short time period (maybe 3-4 weeks) without any lesions. Then it starts over. Never ending cycle! I hate HS! I've tried many things but nothing seems to help. It's just misery.

I have had lesions last and leak for years I believe, and sometimes multiple openings for the same lesion
