I actually used both traditional medicine and natural. Of all the ointments and salves I've ever used I have to say My Magic Healer purple jar has helped me more than anything! 💜 It truly has been a Saving grace! Check out there website or Instagram.

I don't eat any processed foods, only plants and animals, with healthy fats. I take anti-inflammatory supplements, like turmeric and quercitin.

I focused on healing my gut lining, which is linked to skin health. I worked with a functional nutritionist to do so. And I have a regular stress management practice using Qigong. I've also done work to heal the impact of trauma and releasing old patterns.

Unfortunately, after 20 years of experimentation, I've found there's no one size fits all approach or one magic pill to heal any chronic illness, especially not HS.

and, it's about small steps, noticing what works, what doesn't, and using that information to build a protocol just for you.

Feel free to reach out, I'm happy to support.

So I am on Humira, but for wound care I use manuka honey wound gel, and I swear it helps wounds heal faster. It's especially useful to me for wounds in hard to bandage places. My wound care nurse actually recommended it to me, said it's better than using lots of antibiotic creams.
