From what I can tell this effects woman more then men, however I have very severe HS and finding very few posts or advice from men, I have had the condition for nearly 20 years now and took over 10 years to diagnose. Are there any tips to deal with this differently as a male???

I have noticed that too. My fiancé has it all over his head finding guys with it has been difficult. Please find my fiancé in my group, Justin Cole. He got a diagnosis recently and is trying to figure out how to manage it. He could use the support from other men with this just as I imagine you do too.
