How do I find an HS specialist in my area.....I'm very embarrassed....a woman doctor would be best for me.

Hi Beth. Contact your Insurance Company for referrals. Shane is right. This is nothing to be ashamed of. If HS is in your private area, you may feel more comfortable with a female looking there.😀
