the last time i went to a doctor to get an abyss drained and they told me to wait cuz it didn't hurt enough i told them "you try having open wounds on your groin breasts and armpits at the same time. this one might not hurt a whole lot but it needs to go and please get me a new doctor"

The Doctor should know it's painful just by looking at the wound. If they appear to think it's nothing, get another Doctor, a knowledgeable Dermatologist.
