Normally we r short on vitamin C & zinc
Ur drs can run bloodwork on ur vitamins & minerals
My new dermatologist put me on vitamin C (1000 mg 2 times a day) and Zinc 50 mg but it has to be the one that includes copper.
Since hearing that people with HS can be deficient in vitamin D, I took a test (omegaquant) and then taking more Vitamin D (per chiropractor suggestion) and will take the test again to see. In addition I take Gold (Bravenly) which has tumeric in it and a multivitamin. My symptoms are pretty manageable right now. Trying to lose weight and avoid or go low dairy as well as sugar as well.
