What I wish I had known?
1. I wasn't dirty. 2. It was not my fault! 3. It was not because I was fat. 4. The damage too many antibiotics at high dosage could do. 4. That I wasn't a freak! 5. That I wasn't alone. 6. That the doctor, even at the Mayo Clinic, is not always right and often doesn't give a damn how HS affected me emotionally!
This list could go on forever! 😖

Sadly, your situation is typical of ignorant medical professionals and a new diagnosis. 😣 There's really no perfect fix for HS and every treatment works out differently for each person. The most important thing to remember is that you didn't do anything to deserve this and it is not your fault! 🤗
