My triggers are dairy, wheat, stress, sweat, too much sugar and sometimes my period. 🫤
Stress makes me flare. I distance myself from everything and everyone that stresses me. 😀

Over exertion. For example, I get flares in my groin whenever I work because I walk a lot and sweat a lot. I manage the flares with a mix of aloe, witch hazel, tea tree, and hydrogen peroxide. It cools, cleanses, sooths the burning feeling, and prevents infection. It's my go to mix since I have to work.
Stress triggers it watch what you eat and walk or something.
