What Treatment Has Helped The Most In This Community?
What has helped the most as far as oral medications go and which biologic has helped the most as well?
I, too, am on Humira for almost exactly 6 months, after having had insanely severe flare-ups in thigh/groin from June 2022. Finally found doctor who even knows what HS is, a rheumatologist, (my dermatologist useless), and got me on meds. Happy to say that while I am not completely symptom free, I feel like I might be able to enjoy this summer without pain and baby wipes in my crotch 24/7. Maybe even denim shorts with some bike shorts, dare to dream??
I'm on Amgevita (Humira) for the past 7 years & do far so good. I'm also still on clindamycin & rifampicin but should be stopping them in November.

What If Hormonal Therapy Isn't An Option Because The Person In Question Is Still In Remission From Breast Cancer And Is On Tamoxifen
Also, If You Are On HUMIRA, That Is The Medication You Are Currently Taking. Have You Seen Any Weight Gain With That?
