Bandage For Inner Thigh
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

My inner thigh skin is more sensitive even to the better waterproof less irritating glue bandages. I need to prevent friction over a bump that can’t make up its mind if it wants to come to a head or hide and dissolve. The glue makes a rash. What now?

I always find that turmeric, tea tree and a coconut oil paste helps bring them out really quickly.
On the odd occasion I’ve had them in my inner thighs I wrap all the way round the leg! There must be something better out there. Hope you find it!

I use to use a paper towel the side that will be up against your skin should have a thin layer of vaseline then hold down with paper tape. The vaseline will help make an opening for the pus come out.

try useing athletic tape the kind that sticks to itself and put a cloth or cotton pad soaked in teatree to prevent it from getting more irritated throughout the day or a cotton pad with diaper rash cream on it

I use Aquaphor personally but i do like desitin and A&D they are both good. but A&D has a tea tree smell because of the vitamins and essential oils

Leane6. That’s ok about the wrong post. click on bottom right arrow if want to delete. But In response to you I get depressed over my bumps all the time even if don’t hurt even if small ones cuz I never knew what they gonna do. I also found out I have diverticulitis moderate infection and that is tied to HS. Finally got a special probiotic with zinc and vitamin C so hope that clears me all up,
