Yes ma'am! I didn't even know I had HS at the time, she just avoided the areas with lesions. I get them everywhere between my upper thigh to bum area.. I'm lucky to only get 1 or 2 at a time, so they are easier to avoid. I'm sure if you asked they would avoid that area! :) my poor lazer lady, I thought it was an ingrown hair and she drained my lesion... oh my god she was like " I've never seen anything like this!" 😂 how embarrassing 😳

Aw thanks for the info! Glad to hear it helped a bit for you. I am not aware of anyone in my family that has HS, but they have other conditions of skin like psoriasis. I dont know how genetics factors in for HS and recurrences.

I've gotten lazer hair removal- I think it helped to a degree, but my HS is hereditary, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. None the less, your lazer hair person can avoid your lesions making the possibilities of a flare up less likely.

However, the hair in my case is really bothering me and I do not want to shave since it is no bueno for the flare ups! However, laser hair removal has been on my mind for not only aesthetic reasons, but also comfort. I appreciate your kindness and answer Baz
