Stress is a big factor of HS I think 🤔 I have noticed that myself and it’s not good for you your mind your health or anything like that so I say sod the world 🌎 and try not get stressed out about things because it doesn’t do you any good at all and why stress when there’s nothing you can do about it 🤔👍

I find that eating a very clean diet with a lot of fresh vegetables and without a lot of processed foods keep my Hidradenitis at bay. The most important food rule for me is keep my sugar intake very low.
