Nodules On The Back Of Thighs?

I suffer in the usual places - breasts, inner thighs, groin, however I’ve found a nodule on the back of my thigh - is this HS related?

That because of all the head having all the the follicles that is possible that I can just decide into the neck that's why

I have nobules oh that's the name of it I just been calling the pain in the neck
it too so I really do think it is and actually I think I had somebody tell me that when I was at the doctor's recently
