Interesting. My teeth r wonderful. I’m almost 62 now with only 1 tiny cavity. I suggest using warm water & salt several times daily. I’m on the Autism Spectrum and brush my teeth a lot daily cuz I feel when the teeth r dirty …. When I’m very sick I keep a toothbrush & paste at my bedside. And spit into the lined trash Just an idea for others. I floss almost daily. I change out toothbrushes to a new brush every 3 weeks. If I’m sick with something else you should throw away the toothbrush and start with a brand new one. Or clean toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide…… maybe for you all with issues could try that. Dentist say replace toothbrush every 3 months, but I just wear mine out before then. Dentist had also told me about cleaning brush in hydrogen peroxide. Just good health habit I was brought up with. My HS started at 12 yrs old when I got my period
I do grind my teeth especially when sleeping so I have a night guard to prevent that…. Grinding teeth is called TMJ.

So things this is my theory is that we have this issue when we get a bump or a sore that eats away at skin right so that means that we have extra acid in our system and they're saying that it's the acid in enough attacks our teeth but we have extra acid is a generalized mine's chronic I have no control over it
