I was wondering for those of us who get these monsters on our backside (your butt) has anyone ever tried the AS SEEN on TV the Egg sitter cushion I am curious if maybe this would provide some relief when sitting. I know when I get them it is painful just to have clothing touching them. The bumps I get from time to time can get pretty severe and very painful so if anyone has or does try it please let all of us know how it worked out for you even if you didn't like it this may provide some relief… read more

Hey Eddie.....good question....I've never heard of that cushion, but years ago they used to have donut cushions for hemorroids. It might be cheaper to find a floating ring for swimming. I have always bandaged my lesions when I can, and alot of times I put an extra layer or 2 of gauze under the bandage. The extra padding helps with pain! I also found this tape called "Absolute Waterproof Tape" and it works great in my groin area. It stretches with your body and sticks really well!

To be honest, I try not to sit! The only chair I can sit comfortably in is a patio chair. It breathes because it's vented. It's a fold up and I bought it at Lowe's several years ago. It's not hard in the butt area because it's weaved. Don't get a wicker one! They don't breathe and they hurt! 🙄 I stand up as much as I can, but when I sit I sit at the edge of a chair unless it's my patio chair!
