In April 2022 I began wheezing. I know that HS is an auto-inflammatory disease. So I wonder if the inflammation can spread and could possibly be causing my wheeze. Probably not but I thought well, no one knows what's wrong with me so what better community to ask than you guys. I don't have asthma, it's not GERD, it's not heart related and nothing in the lung x-rays shows up.

Praying for you that it is nothing serious and was just caused by irritation from the GERD.
Turns out I have Gerd and didn't know it. But in the process of finding out with a laryngoscopy we found a mass by my vocal cords. It's been growing so we just did a biopsy on Friday. Now I'm nervous.
You sure you donβt have polycystic ovary disease? It affects HS any any organ it decides to attack. Could be food sensitivities too, leaky gut or damaged gut.
When I did keto my wheezing disappeared and I reacted less to sensitivities but keto made me sick other ways and adding fatty liver issues,
Get another dermatologist. Keep looking until you find one who understands and don't makes you feel some kind of way
