It sounds like some are trying to form so take some turmeric honey and lemon mix it together and rub the paste in the middle of your inner thighs try and catch it before it get worse and drink turmeric and water two tablespoons of turmeric one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of lemon juice and drink it

Either one I use fresh squash lemon juice but the other liquid lemon juice will work too

Yes, sometimes- I do sometimes get cellulitis from the inner thigh area and they get so bad that sometimes I’ve got to go back to Christus Oschner ER

I also recently started the B Vitamins, Zinc, and Metformin

I’m with Lynette- use an ice pack on the area

I’d say if it doesn’t improve, see a board certified dermatologist to ask for advice and treatment

I’ve tried Epsom salt and it sometimes helps
