Most things for me never work (antibiotics, anti inflammatory meds etc) any recommendations specifically for boils that never heal and constantly drain ??

Tea tree oil & keep it bandaged. When you’re out. If you have tea bags press a warm one to the boil as often as possible, the antioxidants help the boil come to a head faster 💕

If the number of sites that are "weeping wounds" is relatively small in number or close together I would consider a surgical option.

My first HS break out resulted in a weeping wound that would burst 1 to 2 times a month cause me to need to constantly bandage it.

Deroofing solved this problem, but be aware you will have some scaring.

I wash with WalGreen's Antiseptic Skin Cleanser, in the shower, 2-3 or more, times, a Day! With a Handheld shower head.
