Yes my Dr recommended me to take baths with it once or twice a week

Yes use it all the time not just after surgery. I use it like a body wash.

Yes Hibaclense is great but as the person above says rinse thoroughly.

Shiewo, my Dermatologist prescribed Hibiclens to wash with whether the wounds are opened or closed. When the wounds are open, there's Bacteria draining from them and the Hibiclens kills that bacteria. Even on the outside of an HS wound that's closed, there is bacteria. Therefore, Hibiclens helps the HS situation in general.
