Advice For Working In A Non-breathable Uniform For Work During The Summer Which Causes Small Flare-ups?

I began working as a Housekeeper again, full uniform that is not at all breathable for my underarms and underneath my breasts. This summer in particular has been rough for my skin and I started having a little minor but painful flare-ups that began around the end of June, the building doesn't have good air flow nor air conditioning and I'm constantly sweating which lead to the flare ups since I'm unable to wipe myself off during rushes.
