I am in remission because I'm on keto, no sugar, no carbs (potatoes, pasta, rices and breads).....really it's all about sugar....carbs turn into sugar when your body is processing them

Hi all, I am new here and wanted to get opinions from people taking Doxycycline Hyclate 100mg daily for long term control of your HS. I am concerned about the long term use of it on my gut and all that it does & destroys within the stomach and elsewhere in the body. I was taking it daily for 6 months and it kept my flares to maybe 1 or 2 during that time. I stopped taking it about 4 or 5 months ago and all was good with HS flares. My question for you is ? What is the worst part of your HS . I know the answer is all of it but what is the one. The pain, scars,mental stress, or the smell?
