My worst triggers are meat/dairy and stress mixed with heat/humidity. I have anxiety and depression which I have medical marijuana to help with, it's VASTLY reduced my outbreaks, even when I don't eat the way I'm supposed to.

I have heard that inflammation from flare ups can cause fatigue but my flare ups can take weeks to heal and by the time one heals I have another. I just feel exhausted 24/7 despite having good blood test results and wondered if anyone else could relate?

It might surprise you to see the symptoms of staphylococcus areus infection, I believe doctors are wrong about origin of hs just Google this bacteria, I've been told it's what caused my hs by doctors years ago, see what you think.
Matthew 2, I took doxycycline in different doses, but think I also became immune. It no longer helped at all. Asked for Bactrim and it did seem to help, but still not completely cleared.
How many people have full time jobs ? I work 40 to 50 hours a week.

I prefer Summer because the cold weather makes my bones ache. I try to stay cool though. I use a neck fan outside and wear loose, cotton clothing. I've just never liked cold weather.
Home Remedies to help with abscess/ boil
I have done these remedies with antibiotics as well as without
Warm compresses- warm/hot water as tolerated to affected area with a wash cloth. Re apply several times when becoming cool. Can do this many times until abscess drains. Softens skin.
Epsom salt baths-helps abscess to drain by softening skin. Also helps with pain relief
