Has anyone used antifungal soap for their groin area for HS?

I use antibacterial gentle soap and hibiclens when I have a flare up and for prevention.

I just posted the other day, that i have been using Head and Shoulders with a lot of success, in addition to dial antibacterial soap. Though, I am now going through a tough flare. So maybe it wasn't helping like I thought and was just a coincidence. I had been major flare free for quite some time after I started using that daily.

I have not used/considered using an antifungal agent in the groin. I have used antibacterial washes like Hibiclens very carefully.
