i got diagnosed last year with hs, pcos on top of hashimotos. i manly get the abscess under my breast or in my armpit area. every time they’re under my breast, the pain is debilitating. the touch of a soft shirt hurts, my own skin etc. i’ve tried bandaids, i’ve tried gauze, toilet paper etc for padding but nothing helps at all..
Oh I'm so sorry under the brest is the worst is like your bring stabbed my multiple little needles and the burning is unbelievable.. Honestly what helped me was not wearing a bra as much as possible and placing a warm or hot face towel under the infected breast and waiting for it to come to head so it can pop.. If If I can get it to pop the better I felt after it drained.. Draining for me was nasty the amount drained was weird and alot but after.. oooo it felt so much better.. Hope that helps some.. also try to find a side or a way to lay when placing the towel under that don't cause so much pain.. This way you find some kind of relief.. Sorry dear
