I take tylenol alternately with naproxen sodium. Doxycycline for infection. Hibicleanse to kill any bacteria on top of skin that can which completely takes away the pain so we can get it under control

- Topical NSAIDs for localized relief For better sleep while managing pain:

• Maintain consistent bedtime/wake times
• Keep bedroom cool (around 65°F) to reduce inflammation
• Take pain medication early enough to work by bedtime
• If you can't sleep, get up and do a quiet activity until sleepy
• Try ice packs to reduce inflammation and pain
• Use appropriate dressings/bandages to protect sores while sleeping

Always consult your healthcare provider before starting new medications or changing dosages.
