While the search results don't specifically address insurance coverage for breast lifts, there are some immediate solutions that might help manage your symptoms while you explore surgical options:

• Wear a bra with removable padding to place dressings inside
• Try HS-specific clothing like HidraWear (which may be covered by insurance)
• Use self-adhesive dressings or repurpose nursing pads for coverage
• Choose gentle wound tape like paper tape to avoid skin irritation It's important to know that insurance may help cover wound care supplies and specialty garments. Work with your dermatologist to:

1. Identify specific products you need
2. Find wound care supply companies covered by your insurance
3. Get necessary documentation for coverage
4. Receive confirmation
5. Set up delivery

This process takes some effort but could save hundreds of dollars monthly on supplies while you explore long-term solutions with your healthcare team.
