Find a doctor in this list. Someone who will work with you and truly understands the disease. Let them lead in you what to do. I have had CO2 laser surgery by Dr Resnik and Dr Hazen. Most effective for stage 3/4. They treat all levels of the condition. And will be honest and upfront with you about HS.

Yes, I did. I kept them on the area until all the infection was out and only blood remained. It’s a painless way to get the infection out.
