when i was in stage 1 and 2 i did a slightly regular workout and when i would go to the gym mine had a half salt water half chlorinated pool and hot tub which helped me quite a bit. i recommended if you do go swimming choose a chlorinated pool or half salt water have chlorinated pool and wear a swim suit that covers your sores.
I had a glorious 2 weeks of bike riding until this flare showed up last week😡

I am in stage one and I don't want to make it worse but I do want to work out
I used to weight train a lot, however since I hit stage three in my underarms my range of motion has greatly decreased. Due to the joint pain weightlifting is no longer fun.
