I think mine is somewhere between moderate and severe.
It’s been difficult to lose weight with HS especially when I try to workout consistently the flare ups are nonstop 😭
Yes I know exactly what you mean I experience flare ups in the same area! I’ve found Yoga, swimming and walking to be safer options. And most importantly diet: I try not to have any dairy and limit sweets especially during menstruation.
Right I read that and got worried. Mine are in the groin area and can get really bad at times.
