Thanks everyone I am computer illiterate. I asked that question to see if there were any articles on MyHSFriends. The reason I asked the question is I have all those issues and through research I have found there is a nexus between all those issues and HS.

Like a lot of medical conditions, HS is tied to your overall health. One of the biggest things you’ll read in HS research is “obesity and diabetes worsen the condition”. Most health conditions improve when you are eating healthy and loosing extra weight, but DAMN it’s hard. HS makes it even harder for me because exercise means friction and sweat which are a magic recipe for HS boils is sensitive areas. I have tried water aerobics/swimming for exercise and it seems to be kinder to my HS than some work outs. Bonus point for water exercise is it’s super gentle on joints and makes moving easier when you’re heavier. Wishing you all the best on your journey.

Hi bob2, I'm pretty sure also that the 3 conditions are linked together, I have all 3 as well or I should say had all 3 the type 2 is gone, I was told you can reverse type 2,I was just having problems understanding type 2 ,didn't have a clue how dangerous it is. But I've been working on it and earlier this month I was told by a doctor it was gone, blood sugar completely normal and A1c 5.6. And the blood pressure wasn't coming down on the losartin but the mold plus losartin works along with my supplements, even the neuropathy is getting better. It's seems to be about homeostasis, for the first time in my life I'm giving my body everything it needs to heal itself and it's working. But nothing is helping me with the insomnia, it killing me. So yes I've been hearing consistently that people who have hs often have the other 2have agreatdaybob2..

Bob, Not sure what the question is. I have high cholesterol and sometimes it is not as high. So far, no high blood pressure. I do not have type 2 diabetes yet, but do worry about getting it due to high cholesterol, not always the best food choices etc. I have been on Skyrizi lately for a side effect I got from another biologic. I have Palmoplantar pustulis psoriasis which is on soles of feet and palms of hands I am having to delay my Skyrizi injection due to an upcoming operation.
