Has Anyone Ever Had Excision Surgery Under Both Armpits?

I suffer from very bad HS under my armpits and I’m supposed to be seeing a surgeon to discuss excision surgery. I’ve had other surgery’s before but nothing would be as big as this. Any helpful tips or if anyone has had the surgery done can you give me some insight?

My dermatologist gave me some topical antibiotic wipes for my armpits and said to use fragrance free body wash and Deo

I just had an excursion under one of my arms. It was done in office and I received six stitches. The healing has been painful but expected. And I’ve been alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen. I’m happy to answer any specific questions you may have. I know it’s scary and very emotional.
