What works for one may not work for the other. I've learned this being on this thread. Humira helps some but others no and some get the after effects. Some discharge is stinky. Mine has no smell at all. This beast has a mind of it's own, its frustrating.

Sharai I am on the keto diet (no sugar and no carbs) and I am in remission. I have no active HS

Personally, I don't know if it makes a difference or not. I've been drinking tea, pop and coffee since before I had HS. I've made so many concessions to help contain my HS, that I've given up "giving up" things. Frankly, none of the things I've quit have made a difference anyway.

Years ago I thought my 2/3 cups of coffee a day was responsible for my HS symptoms so I reduced down only to realise years later it was the milk that I had in my coffee and dairy intake that was the issue !
