I bought a ton of white face cloths that I wash in bleach. I use them constantly when my groin area leaks or sweats. I wipe that area before bed and sometimes in the middle of the day or night. I find it helps alot with itching too. I also sleep with a fan and no underwear!

I have the same issue, I always bathe & dry extra good followed by topical antibiotics. I sleep without panties I wear less as possible & I keep a fan going at night facing downward (towards my groin area) also I try to keep a really big pillow between my knees as I sleep. It doesn't stop the sweating 100% but it help some.

I don't usually experience thing however Knix carries an assortment of underwear, and I am not sure if it has helped much but they do have some made to be absorbent, I have a few pairs of the regular everyday ones and they are very comfortable even during the flares and absorb the minimal sweat I experience.
